This antique Louis XV style footstool features a hand-carved solid walnut base showcasing a warm, rich natural wood grain and a beautifully scalloped apron centered with a classic shell or floral medallion. The refined frame is supported by four graceful cabriole legs adorned with carved foliate knees and ending in delicate scroll feet, displaying the fluid asymmetry typical of authentic mid-18th-century French Provincial design.
