This rare table lamp was designed by Jean Boris Lacroix and manufactured by Metis, France, in the 1930s. The shade is made of a short cylinder of frosted glass. The shade plate stem and domed base are made of nickel plated brass. The Metis stamp is still present inside the base. This piece has an attribution mark,
