This vintage bakelite bangle bracelet features a rich caramel-orange color with a subtle marbled pattern.
Why the shape matters: hand-carved craftsmanship: high-low wave edges, or varying thicknesses are indicators that the piece was individually hand-carved and hand-polished on a lathe, rather than mass-molded. Organic Era Design: These flowing, uneven contours were very popular during the late Art Deco and 1940s eras, offering a more organic aesthetic compared to perfectly uniform hoop bangles.
