The glass bowls are made of pressed glass, marked PONCET. Here, as usual with pressed glass, which is also the charm of these pieces, are partly air bubbles included. In places there are rough spots on the edges of the glasses, but this is due to the production process, since it is pressed glass.
The manufacturer is the company "von Poncet" Glashüttenwerke AG Friedrichshain, Berlin, which at that time produced utility glass for both household and commercial use (eg pharmacies).
The glasses are each divided into two parts, one large and one small compartment. They are 10 cm wide, 7.5 cm deep and 6.5 cm high.
The lids are made of orange and black bakelite, the trays 22 cm x 14 cm) are made of orange bakelite.
