Vintage retired "Tranquility" Whale Tail sculpture by artist Robert Wyland from the Austin Sculpture Wyland Collection. This figurine captures the majestic beauty of marine life in a hand-cast bronze-finished material. Dated 1999 and signed by the artist. This nautical piece features a textured, rocky base and a gracefully curved fluke. The dark bronze patina is accented with subtle verdigris highlights, lending an aged, authentic maritime feel to any shelf or desk. Perfect for collectors of coastal decor or oceanic art, it stands as a heavy, substantial piece of 1990s sculptural design.
