Its clean, balanced silhouette, gently arched pediment, and straight lines softened by subtle curves make it a distinctive piece of furniture, both functional and decorative.

materials: solid oak frame and oak veneer panels with a rich, expressive grain and naturally patinated golden hues. Original beveled mirror on the right-hand door. Brass hardware: teardrop handles on all four drawers. The doors lock (one key included).

features: the wardrobe is divided into two sections: on the left, a solid door opens to reveal two shelves above three stacked drawers; on the right, a door with a beveled mirror framed in oak provides access to a second storage area with a shelf and a hanging rail. Below this is a large drawer. The softened pointed arch pediment, the clean lines of the uprights, and the gently splayed feet reflect the art deco aesthetic in its domestic and elegant form: understated yet with a real presence. The warm, even grain of the oak is fully revealed in natural light.

restoration: the cabinet was gently stripped with soda crystals to preserve as much of its original patina as possible. It was also thoroughly cleaned and then protected with a colorless wax.
