The piece is an excellent example of elegant Mid-Century Modern design, valued for its light form, high-quality craftsmanship, and timeless functionality. The table features a practical extension system with an additional leaf stored neatly within the structure. This allows the tabletop length to be easily increased from 122 cm to 168 cm, making it suitable for accommodating a larger number of guests. Crafted from mahogany wood, the table has undergone comprehensive woodworking restoration. The wood was stripped of the old coating and stained in a rosewood colour, enhancing the natural grain.
