The model showcases an organic, dual-layered design with a heavily textured, dark outer tree bark exterior contrasting against a smooth, golden inner birch bark hull. Constructed with bent twig ribs along the interior, the wide-open top allows it to easily hold mail, decorative pinecones, or small essentials. The piece is cleanly finished along the gunwales and bow with a continuous diagonal whip-stitch lashing. A wonderful piece of decorative rustic folk art, it is perfectly sized for display on a entry console, mantel, or bookshelf. See less
