The spring-loaded double arm allows full control of height, reach, and angle, while the conical shade tilts independently at the head, the same mechanism found on the better-known Scandinavian and British task lamps of the era.

Finished in a matte greyish-olive green that is typical of the period's industrial and workshop lighting, the lamp has real mechanical presence, heavier and more substantial in the hand than most later reproductions.

Elux produced reliable, well-engineered task lighting through the 50s, 60s, and 70s and this example retains its original clamp fitting and full range of movement. Great condition, fully functional.

A strong choice for a desk, drafting table, or workbench, and equally suited to an industrial-leaning interior as a genuine period piece rather than a modern imitation.

Extends to ca 130 cm height, with 20 cm shade diameter and 19 cm shade height. These are increasingly rare with all original parts intact and very useful. This piece has an attribution mark,
