Original Italian Space Age wall or ceiling lamp produced in the 1970s.
Featuring the classic UFO-inspired silhouette that became emblematic of the Space Age movement, this lamp combines a smooth white opaline glass diffuser with a metal and bakelite mounting structure. The result is a sculptural lighting object that delivers a soft, diffused illumination while maintaining a strong visual impact.
Suitable for installation as either a wall lamp or ceiling light, it works beautifully in contemporary, modernist, mid-century and vintage interiors.
The lamp uses one E27 bulb and still retains the compartment for a second lampholder.
Condition
Very good vintage condition. The opaline glass is intact and well preserved. Minor age-related wear and signs of use are visible on the metal support.
