The table showcases classic early 20th century English craftsmanship with elegant proportions, warm wood tones, and traditional Tudor-inspired detailing. The draw-leaf construction allows the table to expand by pulling out the hidden extension leaves stored beneath the main top.
The piece remains solid, sturdy, and structurally sound with a rich patina developed over time.
Condition is good vintage condition consistent with age and use. The tabletop shows a few light surface scratches that are difficult to notice in normal use, along with several small chips and minor dents along the molded edge and apron. One caster is missing from the center support leg underneath the table; the second center caster is included but currently removed. The original center storage compartment insert/cover for the extension mechanism is no longer present.
Overall, this is a handsome and functional English dining table that would work beautifully in traditional, English cottage, Tudor, European farmhouse, or collected interiors. See less
