Commissioned in March 1998 by the prominent American philanthropic couple James and Merryl Tisch of New York City, this magnificent commemorative scroll was created to celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of their youngest son, Samuel Aaron Tisch.

Designed under the artistic supervision of Edward T. Jacobs and printed in Israel by Mishkenot Ltd., the scroll features outstanding liturgical craftsmanship. It boasts elegant Hebrew calligraphy by the celebrated master scribe Izzy Pludwinski, accompanied by beautifully detailed, full-color illustrative border panels executed by a team of premier artists including Edward T.
