I don’t know much about this sculpture, except that it would look great on a shelf or tabletop, and that it’s very old. I love the distressed nature of the piece, and that it may have been “kissed by the sun!”
This hand-carved sculpture is crafted from ironwood or other exotic woods. It depicts a marine mammal, commonly identified as a dolphin or a whale. The size is 18 inches long, 7 inches tall, and 3 inches deep. One side is distressed, with cracked wood It could be displayed with the distressed side or the solid side showing forwards. It has beautiful wood grain.
