- Purchased in early 1970 at the American Furniture Mart in Chicago, the chairs were used in our family dining room … morePurchased in early 1970 at the American Furniture Mart in Chicago, the chairs were used in our family dining room until 1988 when we relocated to the East Coast. The chairs were then repurposed and served as accent pieces in various rooms throughout our new larger home. While they have aged over the course of time, their condition has remained good with no tearing, rips, or corrosion. We are gradually downsizing and are ready to part with these well regarded chairs. less
