The sculptural base is composed of four vertically oriented steel panels arranged in a cruciform configuration, each surface richly textured with molten drip applications and organic relief. The interplay of negative space and heavily worked metal creates a dramatic architectural form, embodying the raw, expressive aesthetic associated with the Brutalist movement.

The lamp’s darkened patina enhances the depth and dimensionality of the surface, catching light across its rugged, hand-worked finish.
