A striking mid-century modern table lamp designed by Gerald Thurston for Lightolier, featuring its original molded white acrylic shade and rare perforated metal light diffuser. This iconic piece showcases Thurston’s refined design language, with a tapered central column in a warm beige finish and a contrasting enameled metal base in deep brown. The wide, flared shade provides a beautifully diffused glow, while the perforated diffuser adds both function and visual texture.
Adding to its unique provenance, this lamp was used as a set prop in the hit television series “Tulsa King” starring Sylvester Stallone, making it not only a design classic but also a piece of contemporary pop culture history.
