A pair of John Thompson hand crafted drip glaze ceramic table lamps in cerulean.
These are the 'Baluster' style vase shape with a walnut stained wood bases. These distinctive table lamps showcase John Thompson's signature craftsmanship and attention to form and finish. Wheel-thrown in studio pottery tradition, the lamp features a rich, hand-glazed surface with layered tones and subtle variations. The lamps have two light sockets making them functional as well as beautiful. The lamps were purchased from John Boone in the early 1990s and have had only one owner.
These lamps do not carry a label or makers mark, but can be identified by their distinctive shape, glazing and lamp fittings.
Off white linen drum shades are available for additional shipping.
