The spigot turns freely and is not frozen, though a drop of oil would smooth its operation. Interior is in decent overall shape. Exterior brass shows tarnish and patina consistent with age and will brighten with polishing. The fuel warmer cup beneath the urn has old wax residue built up inside and will need cleaning before use. Selling as-is — a rewarding polish and restoration project, or displays beautifully in its current patinated state. See less
