Meticulously hand-crafted, these rare architectural fragments feature a genuine gold leaf gilt finish layered over a structural solid wood core with sculpted gesso/composition detailing.

The semicircular demilune tops are beautifully hand-painted in a rich, warm ochre faux-marble technique. Boasting a rare, oversized scale at 22.5 inches wide, each console features sweeping openwork structural scroll legs terminating in a heavy spherical finial base, richly embellished with intricate carved acanthus leaf flourishes and a repeating raised pearl-and-bead trim.
