The piece exhibits an exceptional, authentic industrial patina showing historical multi-layered white paint remnants and natural, stable surface weathering over the iron frame. Provenance: Retains a crisp, highly visible maker’s stamp reading "J. MARESCHAL PARIS" directly on the upper support collar. Structural Elements & Hardware: The heavy cast iron base is completely structurally sound, rigid, and free of fractures. The central turned brass rosettes and collar accents remain entirely complete and display an exquisite, unpolished golden-bronze patina. Marble Surface: Comes with its original, ultra-thick 1.5-inch premium commercial-grade solid marble slab. The marble shows uniform, authentic surface character scratches and faint gray veining consistent with an active history in a French bakery, but is free of any deep cracks Assembly Note: The table is currently disassembled for safe moving and storage. The marble slab is detached and sits flush into the iron frame upon placement. less
