Large double-handled vase made by the Accolay collective, a workshop founded by four former students of Alexandre Kostanda and recognized as one of the leading centers of post-war French ceramics.
Its slender silhouette is accentuated by two lateral ear-shaped handles and a horizontal striation decoration achieved on the potter's wheel. The entire piece is covered with a glaze in nuanced shades of blue. At 42 cm tall, this large, monumental vase possesses a strong sculptural presence and can be used as a vase or decorative object.
