Pennoyer Newman creates casts from originals that once graced the gardens of some of the foremost estates in the U.S. and abroad. These stone resin replicas are heavy enough to not blow over but compared to cement are fairly lightweight and weather-resistant, handcrafted using a unique composition of pummeled marble, rock and resin. The use of marble and rock encourages the growth of moss and lichen on the pieces which creates the timeless and highly sought-after look of "aged beauty."

The Pharaoh Hound, or Ibizan Hound, is considered to be the oldest of dog breeds, descended from the same ancestral lines developed in the Mediterranean Islands. Some thought it resembled dogs featured on the walls of ancient Egyptian tombs. These are beautiful replicas and are in the PN signature lead grey color. The last photo above is from the Pennoyer Newman website and shows a hound depicted with a Limestone finish, which can give you an idea of how you might change the look if you desire. These hounds retail for $2,250 each.
