Morgan Silk takes a bird's eye view in this vast photograph of a football match taking place on the sandy landscape below. A netball court is partly submerged underneath the sand; the wind has blown the sand to partly cover the netball court itself.

Morgan Silk's unique aesthetic approach to his portraits of people and landscapes takes the brightness of the sun to his advantage; the long shadows on the sand below indicate the lateness of the day, while the pale color of the sand soaks up the sun's bright sunlight.
