This elegant piece features a hand-painted gnarled pine tree branch stretching across a soft, shimmering gold ground.

• Artistic Detailing: The branches are uniquely accented with iridescent, hand-cut abalone/mother-of-pearl shell inlay (raden) that catches the light beautifully. The painting is framed by a traditional woven sage-green silk brocade border.

• Double-Sided Appeal: The reverse side features a beautifully preserved, full-coverage geometric cream and gold block-printed backing paper (karakami), making the piece highly attractive even when viewed from behind. Bound in a sleek, dark-lacquered wood frame with polished brass corner hardware.
