Each base features rivet-style top and bottom bands, and a unique slightly off-centered cinch that adds a stylish, almost hourglass silhouette to an otherwise typical drum or barrel form.

The metal bases have been enhanced by Saint Bartleby's team of professional furniture artists in a rustically distressed art style using premium water-based enamel in white and peppercorn gray, giving each piece a weather-beaten, aged look, yet mostly smooth-to-the-touch—this set would complement many room aesthetics including coastal, beach, forge & foundry, industrial, and steampunk.

The reclaimed wood tops have real grain variation, knots, and saw texture, each finished with a protective wax and tobacco flower furniture salve to enrich the tone and protect the surface.
