It rests on four ball feet and retains its original wooden drawer pulls and keyhole escutcheons. Its originality and charm also lie in the scalloped edges at the bottom. The fronts display a superb mahogany grain that adds depth and elegance, while the clean lines allow it to blend seamlessly into both antique and contemporary interiors.

restoration: the chest of drawers has been sanded on the exterior and then waxed. It has also been thoroughly cleaned. The green paper lining the drawers, though showing some signs of wear, is in good condition and has been preserved as it contributes to the unique and authentic character of the piece.
