manufactured in 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed surface and polished folded handles. The underside bears the original manufacturer’s mark:

alessi – italia – inox 18/10 – coppola

large version measuring 52.5 × 31 cm.

very good vintage condition with light surface scratches and signs of use consistent with age. No dents or structural damage. The original round alessi label on the upper side is no longer present; its outline remains visible.

silvio coppola designed the tray in 1974 as part of his collaboration with alessi. This example belongs to the original production and should not be confused with the later officina alessi re-edition of the smaller 45 cm version.

based on the manufacturer’s markings and dimensions, this example is believed to date from the original production run.
