Brutalist sculptural ensemble in the style of Afra & Tobia Scarpa, Italy. Beautiful set consisting of a dining table (extendable) and 6 sculptural dining chairs. In the manner of the chairs of the Italian masters Afra and Tobia Scarpa, with a shape similar to that of the Catilina chairs by Luigi Caccia Dominioni for Azucena 1958 Italy. The solid alder table has a graceful leg with a curved round base and is easy to extend. Simply place the intermediate pieces between the extendable sections and snap it into place. The chairs, also made of solid alder, have a beautiful organic design. Amazing decorative nails, round finishes, wooden lids, wooden joints and a chrome click system on the table. It is a special set that is rarely encountered, especially in this area.
