Elegant glazed ceramic table lamp by D. Protion, produced in Vallauris, France, during the 1970s. The softly rounded sculptural form is enhanced by a finely incised stylized botanical motif in low relief, a characteristic feature of French studio ceramics from the period.
The glaze combines subtle shades of deep green and blue-grey, creating delicate tonal variations that beautifully highlight the ceramic surface. Its understated sculptural presence makes it equally suitable for Mid-Century Modern and contemporary interiors.
