The … Read more A large elegant set of ten Ralph Lauren-style dining chairs comprised of eight side chairs and two host armchairs. The chairs are crafted with a carved ebonized hardwood frame paired with an ivory-toned woven fabric. The side chairs are constructed with an hourglass figure with concave cutouts and a neoclassical klismos inspired back rail. The chairs rest on sweeping legs with carved corner block and accented by nickel tone nailhead trim around the seat and the contour of the chair. The armchairs are crafted with a similar saber leg base, but are instead constructed with a tall back with full upholstered panel arms, and a barrel-form profile. The tack nailhead trim are replaced with a clean welt-cord seam accent. The set is collectively upholstered in a tactile woven ivory-toned fabric, creating a crisp contrast with the dark ebonized frames of the chairs. Crafted after Ralph Lauren in a blend of Regency and Deco styles, the set is well suited for a variety of spaces. The chairs are sturdy and solid having solid joinery and construction in exceptional condition. The fabric is tightly fitted like a fine Italian suit. The side chairs dimensions are listed. The armchairs measure 26" wide, 29" deep, 38" tall, 19" tall seats, and 26" tall arms.
