This pair of black wrought iron chairs iare vintage Russell Woodard mesh barrel back armchair from around 1950. Features a distinctive mesh seat and backrest designed for comfort and airflow. The frame is constructed from durable, heavy-gauge wrought iron finished in black. The pattern is Ivy Leaf. Typical of the time, the chairs are unmarked . There was probably a paper tag at one time .
Both chairs are structurally sound and have minor wear to finish. One of the chairs has a couple of breaks in the mesh which does not affect the stability of the seat at all. Please see all pictures.
Seat height is 17 and seat width is 20.
