Hand-carved with beaded detail and exquisite aged gilt painting technique, this piece was created in Biarritz, France and has a lovely bevelled edge mirror installed. Louis Philippe/Napoleon III design with all four corners rounded beautifully. Stunning when displayed against the wall as a floor mirror, leaned on top of a piece of furniture or hung on the wall space itself. These are newly crafted pieces handmade in France with the old world technique of gilding giving the gold a truly lovely patina and are considered excellent options when pairings of two or more are needed.
