This is a set of six, oak dining chairs date to the early 1900s. The chairs have been refinished and reupholstered with a kilim print by Ralph Lauren. There are five side chairs and one arm chair. These are sturdy, substantial chairs. They are about 42" high, standing high above a tabletop. The side chairs dimensions are 18"w x 17"d x 42"h. The seat dimension is 19" high from the floor to the seat. The armchair is 24 3/4"w x 20"d x 42"h. The seat dimension is 19" high from floor to seat and 27" from floor to the arms.
These chairs have understated yet striking details with tall finials and repeated orbs on sides and legs. Even the stretchers have an ornate turn. These are American made.
These chairs are in good condition for their age. There is no significant damage or repairs required.
