The animal seems to be on the lookout on its perch, as if searching for its next target. The artist has faithfully represented the characteristics of this bird of prey, with its fearsome hooked beak and strong talons. It is adorned with a finely executed pennage by the sculptor, who has taken care to accurately detail the remiges and rectrices, respectively the flight feathers of the wings and those of the tail.
This sculpture will definitely please ornithology or falconry lovers, while illuminating their interior with its golden hue.
