Rare Georg Jensen Denmark sterling silver Owl cake server, pattern No. 39, featuring the highly collectible owl finial and ornate twisted handle design. The piece is marked Denmark, and Sterling on the reverse.
This is a beautiful early Danish sterling serving piece with strong detail throughout the owl and handle. The server shows age-appropriate surface wear, tarnish, patina, and light scratching from use/storage. I have not aggressively polished it in order to preserve the original detail and collector appeal. Please review photos closely for condition.
