His style and taste influenced the production of carpets produced in the city of Sparta between 1950 and 1970, but only a few are actually designs made by Muren who often gave a name to his creations and in the weaving, he entered his signature as in the carpet that we present. The yellow, orange, green and black colouring characterize this rare specimen whose name Leopard makes a clear reference to the feline fur. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
