A beautiful pair of leather sling 'T-Chairs' by William Katavolos, Ross Littell and Douglas Kelly for Laverne International, USA.
These chairs are as comfortable as they are striking. Originally designed by the trio of Pratt graduates in 1952 and produced by Laverne International, USA, the chair features a low slung leather seat and beautiful T shaped steel bases. A truly iconic piece of American mid century design.
These are in nice vintage condition and present well. They maintain a nice patina throughout and have some age appropriate signs of use in the form of scattered abrasions and spotting to the leather slings and some light wear/oxidation to frames.
Manufacturer sticker no longer present.
