A commanding presence in any room — this two-piece Brutalist wardrobe cabinet by Tobago, the celebrated Canadian furniture maker, features the most dramatic expression of the brand's signature mosaic block carved door panels. Continuous carved walnut blocks cover both doors in a richly textured relief pattern that catches the light differently from every angle, creating a sculptural statement that transcends mere furniture.

Marked "Made in Canada" — confirmed Tobago provenance.

The upper cabinet opens to reveal a remarkably well-considered interior designed for serious storage. The left compartment (25"W) features adjustable shelving across the full height. The right compartment (12.5"W) offers its own adjustable shelf system — perfect for folded accessories, books, or display. Below the shelving, three smooth-gliding pull-out trays (each 5" deep) on metal rails provide dedicated storage for folded clothing, ties, or linens. The combination of open shelving and sliding trays reflects the thoughtful functionality that defines quality mid-century Canadian craftsmanship.

The lower base section features two generous drawers (each 5" deep) with simple dark bar pulls, providing additional storage while grounding the dramatic upper cabinet. Two-piece construction makes transport and installation manageable — the upper mosaic cabinet separates cleanly from the lower drawer base.

Complete the look — matching Tobago nightstands (listed as a pair) and a Tobago headboard are available separately in my Chairish shop. This is a rare opportunity to acquire multiple pieces from a complete Tobago Brutalist bedroom suite.
