Is adjustable/hooks are collapsible or can be slightly adjusted for positioning. Measures 18” L x 2.5” H x 2” D when hooks extended. Unsure of exact production year but made in the 1960s per my research. In very good condition overall with some slight damage to wood around mounting holes as pictured. From a smoke free home.
