Art deco desk lamp—also known as a notary lamp or banker's lamp—manufactured by the belgian company erpé (model no. 52); an industrial design piece from the 1920s or 1930s.
this handsome lamp features a stepped cast-iron base, a wrought-iron neck, and a green enameled shade, along with an original brass socket featuring a porcelain switch. Marked "made in belgium" on the underside of the base.
in good vintage condition, showing signs of use and age—such as some damage to the lampshade. Led bulb not included; please check the photos for further details.
