Nova brass lamp designed by Jo Hammerborg in 1963.
When lit, the lamp provides a soft, glare-free downward glow, making it ideal for low hanging, while its glossy surface captures and reflects the contours of the surrounding space.
One of several themes that recurred in Jo Hammerborg's work at Fog & Mørup in the 1960s was that lamps were often made from three different metals – copper, brass, and aluminum.

The lamp is in very good condition for its age. It shows signs of wear, as shown in the photos. The lamp is made of solid brass.
The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, and the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. A new metal canopy is included. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
