These two pieces are a matched pair with a satin ivory exterior, hand-applied burnished gold scrollwork banding with navy detailing, and striking geometric angular handles that are quintessentially 1920s–1940s in character.

The interiors are a show-stopping shiny mother of pearl luster glaze—the kind of quality detail that separates fine European porcelain from ordinary tableware. The teapot lid is original and intact (a rarity in pieces this age).
