This is … Read more The iconic, unique "mushroom lamp" type table/desk lamp by ikea, model barad (type b8908), is up for sale. This is a sought-after collector's model, maintained in the space age and art deco aesthetics, inspired by the designs of the iconic designer robert sonneman for ikea from the 1970s and 1980s. The presented copy comes from the turn of the 1980s and 1990s (produced in taiwan for ikea of sweden, which is confirmed by the original preserved sticker under the base).
a rare version with a brass (gold) finish, which, unlike the more popular chrome models, gives the interior an exceptionally warm, elegant atmosphere.
