Contemporary folk style with Pre-Columbian and Native American influences of pattern and form. The dry clay pottery is carved and indented by hand, with repeating, deep, incised patterns that make the vessel look like a woven basket.
A single Kenneth Standhardt vessel can have hundreds - thousands of indentations. No two vessels are the same.
