Created in 1987, this print depicts a vibrant, detailed celebration of American history centered around the Independence Hall in Philadelphia. It features a large crowd gathered for a festive event, blending historical themes. A large American eagle with outstretched wings holds two US flags at the top, and the preamble text "We the People" faintly visible in the sky.

Kent was the first artist licensed by the Walt Disney Company to protray Disney theme parks in limited edition prints. Later she was licensed by Warner Bros, Hanna-Barbara, and the LA Dodgers, as well.

The Artist Proof is signed on the front. There was only 500 proofs available.
