It is a beautifully detailed ceramic teapot. It depicts a horse racing scene, a popular pastime of England's 19th century gentry. The mark indicates it was made by the renowned UK ceramics company James Sadler & Sons (1882-2000) possibly in collaboration with the Wholesale Society or other retailers. It measures 7" high and 7" wide with the handle. It is in excellent condition with NO chips, cracks or scratches. See less
