This is a mixed media painting created with acrylic, sand, and fabric. The artist uses bold color and texture in this piece.
“’Blue No. 19- Morning Torment" is part of a series inspired by Yves Klien ‘s famous blue. I develop the textural work further by applying fabric conveying the shape and textures of a bed in disarray after a night of passion and intimacy. This is from my ‘Passion Painting Series.’” – Windsor
