No “princess” here, but definitely, a warrior. Women have been in the U.S. Marine Corps since 1918, and women continue to serve today. Women were not allowed to perform in combat roles until April 1993, starting with aviation roles. It wasn’t until 2013 that the exclusion was lifted from some ground combat duties. In 2016, all restrictions were raised, and the training is as tough as ever. – Duke Windsor
