They got it from Mexico, somewhere between … Read more This coffee table belonged to my great-grandparents who lived in El Paso, Texas. They got it from Mexico, somewhere between the 1930s and 1950s, although the exact timeframe is uncertain. It is a warm, dark brown color. I recently sanded and refinished the top, with a fresh coat of polyurethane. I have absolutely loved the hand carved design of the table, and I am incredibly sad to have to part ways with it unfortunately, we have moved into a very small apartment in Boston, and it will no longer fit our space.
