The organic branch-like ends falling from the stars balance the piece out. A very Brutalist inspired design from the 1950's all the way from Scandinavia. A hallway, bathroom or mantel topper would be a place addition if one were to acquire this for their collection. The space needed would be 53 5/8'' long, 8 1/2'' deep and 5'' wide to accommodate. I found this piece at a antique shop in Boise Idaho. See less
